Elderberries
Elderberries is an Anna Chaplaincy Ministry to the Elderly.
Elderberries produce pretty flowers, maturing into bright berries. They are good for you, boosting your immune system, lessening stress & protecting your heart (cooked not raw!) Elderberries meet on the 3rd Monday of the month for tea and time together and there are three or four special events throughout the year such as harvest lunch, fish and chip lunch and winter party. |
