Covid Safety
Face Masks and Booking-in
Following the announcement by the Prime Minister regarding the changes to Government policy and advice on Covid restrictions we will be ending the requirement for everyone to wear a face mask during services, groups and other gatherings. However, please do continue to wear one if you prefer to.
At the same time there will no longer be the need to book into our services using Eventbrite.
As the Prime Minster said, Covid has not gone away; and we will continue to follow Government and Church of England guidance to keep everyone as safe as possible.
Whilst many will welcome the changes, there will be some who may not. If that is you, please continue to wear a face mask and do let one of us know if there is something we can do to enable you to feel comfortable and participate fully in our services and other events.
As we move together into this next stage of managing Covid, and on behalf of the Ministers and Churchwardens, I would like to thank everyone for your cooperation and support over the past two years. Please continue to follow the guidance, do not come to services and events if you feel unwell in any way, and be considerate of those who may not feel the same way as you do.
May God bless you all as we go about sharing Jesus’ love with every home in Ely.
