Prayer

At St Mary's we're dedicated to prayer and want it to underpin everything we do. All church members are welcome to & encouraged to come and be part of the engine room of the church!

Weekly Church Meetings:
- Monday Prayers @ 8am-8.45am in the Church meeting room. 
​- Tuesday Prayers @ 8.15am in the Church meeting room.
- Open to God Wednesdays (fortnightly) @ 6.30pm in the Church. Run by our Ministers Team.

Prayer Ministry: Every Sunday immediately after the 10.30am service members of the Prayer Ministry team are available in the area behind the pulpit & in the church rooms to pray with people. 

Home Prayer Warriors: A network of people who pray for St Mary's from home. Contact the Church Office for details.

Prayer Chain: A number of intercessors who can be contacted to pray at short notice.

Thy Kingdom Come 2018
​St. Mary's joined in with the Church Of England's annual Global Wave of Prayer:

Prayer Vision Evening January 2018
​The Prayer Vision Evening was a great way to explore together how we can grow our grassroots vision of praying for the whole of Ely with idea gathering to grow and develop our vision and consider how this can be practically realised for the Church and community together. ​

Prayer Walks ​
​are held regularly during the year to pray for and within our community.

​St. Mary's holds a series of prayer events as part of the Church of England 'Thy Kingdom Come' week of prayer.
